Every Renaissance project begins with a Pre-Construction Agreement.

This phase allows us to fully develop the project before construction begins. Together we establish:

  • A clearly defined scope of work
  • A detailed construction plan
  • A realistic timeline
  • A budget based on real project data and past building experience

Once the pre-construction agreement is approved and the design is developed, we begin working with our trusted trade partners and suppliers to obtain detailed, real-world pricing based on your specific selections. This includes items such as framing, mechanical systems, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and interior finishes. Because pricing is gathered directly from the trades who will perform the work, the result is a highly accurate construction budget rather than a rough estimate. At the end of the pre-construction phase, you receive a fully developed project plan and a detailed quote.
